Terms of Service and Academic Commitment

Welcome to Math's English Academy. By enrolling in our training programs, the student accepts and commits to complying with the provisions established in this document, which aim to guarantee educational excellence and mutual respect among all members of our community.


1. Standards of Conduct

  • It is a fundamental requirement to maintain professional, cordial, and respectful treatment toward the institution's teaching and administrative staff at all times.


2. Academic Management and Session Scheduling

The Academy's methodology prioritizes learning through real-time sessions. Recorded audiovisual material is considered exclusively a pedagogical support resource and not a substitute for direct instruction.

  • Rescheduling with Prior Notice: In the event of a properly notified absence, the institution will manage the rescheduling of the session within the same or subsequent week, subject to availability. If no scheduling match is found, access to the recording of the corresponding session will be provided.
  • Prolonged Absences: In situations where an absence is notified for a period of one week, the recovery plan will consist of two synchronous (live) sessions and one asynchronous (recorded) session.
  • Absence Without Notice: In the absence of prior notice, the institution will attempt to reschedule the first session. If no response is received from the student, the respective recording will be sent.
  • Reservation of Slots: After one continuous week of inactivity without communication from the student, the enrollment slot will be frozen for a maximum period of two weeks.


3. Financial Guidelines

  • Payment Reference: The initial payment is made at the start of the course, establishing the reference date for subsequent monthly obligations.
  • Payment Deadlines: A period of 3 business days from the reference date is granted to complete the monthly payment. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the temporary suspension of educational services.
  • Enrollment Commitment: Upon making the payment, the student assumes a formal commitment to begin their academic program during the current month or, at the latest, the following month.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for amounts paid in cases of absences attributable to the student.
  • Breaks and Reservations: During vacation periods (including the month of December), the student must cover the monthly fee to ensure the continuity of their slot. The institution offers special plans designed for reserving slots under these circumstances.


4. Image Use Authorization

  • Math's English Academy, in its effort to share the achievements and activities of its educational community, may capture photographic or video records of sessions and institutional events.
  • The student has the right to express, freely and at any time, their wish not to participate in such institutional records.


5. Quality and Continuous Improvement

  • Flexibility is a fundamental pillar of our management, seeking to adapt to the student's needs without compromising educational quality or respect for the time of other members.
  • Students are urged to communicate any irregularities or suggestions through official channels to strengthen our service standards.
